Active Plus
An exercise & relaxation programme for those who have been inactive & require close supervision.
Body Max
A gym based work-out designed for the studio. The class uses dumbbells & barbells to achieve effective body conditioning.
Circuits
A circuit training class to give both an aerobic & a resistance workout.
Final Cuts
A Reebok aerobic martial arts class involving basic moves of karate , kickboxing , & tai chi.
 
Legs Bums & Tums
After a calorie burning warm up, a combination of easy to follow exercises will focus on endurance for the key muscles, including thighs, legs, stomach & not forgetting your bum.

Pilates
A body conditioning method targeting deep postural muscles, building strength from the centre, rebalancing the body & bringing it into correct alignment.

Pop Dance
A class for 7 - 16 yr olds teaching them the latest dance moves.
Power Deck & Spin
An indoor cycling programme that achieves aerobic fitness, increases stamina,& is fat burning. Combined with body conditioning exercises using the new Reebok deck this unique class is excellent for an all body workout.
Tai-Chi
A healthy mind & body workout, which promotes circulation & decreases stress.
Total Body
A whole body workout, doing a little bit of everything! suitable for all levels.
Tri-Fit
A Body Conditioning Class combining  15 min each of Step , Glide & Core Conditioning.
Seniors Wellness
Fun Fitness & Friends , A mix of Exercise , Games , & Socialising using the Gym , Fit-Vibe, Table Tennis , Wii Sports & Coffee to finish
Supple Strength
A fusion of Yoga Pilates & Body conditioning geared to build strength & flexibility by focusing on the posture, core stability & body alignment.

For health, fitness, and relaxation, A class for all abilities 6 week courses.
