Reebok aerobic martial arts class involving basic moves of
karate , kickboxing , & tai chi.

Legs Bums & Tums
After a calorie burning warm up, a combination of easy to
follow exercises will focus on endurance for the key
muscles, including thighs, legs, stomach & not forgetting
your bum. |
Pilates
A body conditioning method targeting deep postural muscles,
building strength from the centre, rebalancing the body &
bringing it into correct alignment. |
Pop Dance
A class for 7 - 16 yr olds teaching them the latest dance
moves. |
Power Deck & Spin
An indoor cycling programme that achieves aerobic fitness,
increases stamina,& is fat burning. Combined with body
conditioning exercises using the new Reebok deck this unique
class is excellent for an all body workout. |
Tai-Chi
A healthy mind & body workout, which promotes circulation &
