Gym Facilities

All our exercise equipment at Heights is supplied by the leading manufacturer Technogym who design and manufacture the world's most advanced fitness equipment. From resistance training to cardiovascular equipment we aim to work every area of your body to give you a good overall fitness.

Membership

Offering a wide range of membership, peak or off-peak, single or joint with payment by standing order or direct debit, we cater for all. Did you know the longer you are a member with us the less you pay!

Take a break

After your work out why not take a break in our cafe and enjoy a glass of our freshly squeezed orange juice, fruit smoothie or freshly brewed coffee, along with a selection of snacks.

Fitness programs

Our fitness programs are designed to suit your budget. If you're competition training why not include personal training, the FtiVibe or physio in your membership.
