   Our aim is to make your fitness routine an enjoyable experience, if a gym routine

   feels like punishment, it's time to visit Heights Health Club. As an established gym

  Exercise to make you happy

   Exercise releases endorphins, which make you happy, so getting fit is good news

   for your brain as well as your body. Government guidelines for healthy living

   recommend just 30 minutes of moderate exercise a day. Even the busiest people

   can work this into their lifestyle.

 

  Take advantage of our Joint Couples membership

   If you find working out on your own too much like hard work take advantage of our

   Joint Couples membership. With someone to cheer you on you'll find it easier to push

   yourself and if your exercise regime is combined with a social outing, it's much easier

   to enjoy yourself. Alternatively our classes provide a great way to improve your fitness,

   tone muscles, they also lift your spirits - and they are a fantastic way to meet new

   people.

 

  Check your health

   Make the most of our free health check; blood pressure, lung capacity and body

   mass index. We are also able to advise on weight management, nutrition and

   healthy eating.

 

  Take a break

   After your work out why not take a break in our cafe and enjoy a glass of our freshly 

   squeezed orange juice, fruit smoothies or freshly brewed coffee, along with a selection
