Take advantage of our Joint Couples membership I f you find working out on your own too much like hard work take advantage of ourJoint Couples membership. With someone to cheer you on you'll find it easier to push yourself and if your exercise regime is combined with a social outing, it's much easier to enjoy yourself. Alternatively our classes provide a great way to improve your fitness, tone muscles, they also lift your spirits - and they are a fantastic way to meet new people.
Check your health Make the most of our free health check; blood pressure, lung capacity and body mass index. We are also able to advise on weight management, nutrition and healthy eating.
Take a break After your work out why not take a break in our cafe and enjoy a glass of our freshly squeezed orange juice, fruit smoothies or freshly brewed coffee, along with a selection of snacks.
