Class Description and Prices


Classes are available to both Members and Non-Members

 

BodyMax
A gym based work out designed for the studio. The class uses dumbbells and barbells to achieve effective body conditioning.
 Circuits
 A circuit training class to give both an aerobic and resistance  workout.

 

Dance

Dance for children. Primary and Grade 1 Modern and Tap. Under 5's Ballet, Pre Primary and Grade 1 Ballet.

Final Cuts
A Reebok aerobic martial arts class involving basic moves of Karate, Kickboxing and Tai Chi.

Karate

Martial Arts with kicking, striking, punching, blocking, locking, throwing and body evasion.

KickBoxing

For adults and children. A challenging class suited for all. Using punchbags, kick shields, focus mitts to burn fat, build muscle and sharpen your technique. A strong class for all fitness levels. All welcome.

Legs Bums & Tums
After a calorie burning warm up, a combination of easy to follow exercises will focus on endurance for the key muscles, including thighs, legs, stomach and not forgetting your bum!

Pilates
A balancing workout that improves posture strength.

4 to 6 week courses available.

Pop Dance
A class for 7 - 16 year olds teaching the latest dance moves.

Power Deck & Spin
An indoor cycling programme combined with body conditioning exercises using the NEW Reebok Deck this unique class is excellent for an all body workout. Places are limited and must be booked.

Push and Lift
A strength and conditioning workout targeting all major muscle groups of the body using weight plates and a bar. Noticeable toning and shaping effect.

Seniors Wellbeing Morning

Exercise in the gym, table tennis and supervised session on the FitVibe.

 

Supple Strength
A fusion of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi to improve strength & flexibility by focusing on the posture, core stability and body alignment.

Tai-Chi Level 2
A healthy mind & body workout, which promotes circulation and decreases stress for intermediates.

Five week course.

Yoga
For health, fitness and relaxation. Classes are suitable for all abilities. Six week course.
