The FitVibe can work every muscle by using different exercise techniques.
The Squat exercise is done by simply stepping on the platform and bending your knees into the squat position, using the handles for support, hold the position for 30 seconds, this will contract the muscles in your calves, hamstrings and quads which will lead to strengthening.
Once your body has adjusted to using the FitVibe you can begin to add movement whilst on the platform and if you prefer, use dumbbells or medicine balls with your exercises. Abdominal crunches can be done while sitting on the plate or you can work out your triceps and chest muscles by performing press-ups.
