" As someone who has attended various gyms over the years without a personal trainer, I recently decided to take the plunge and book some personal training sessions to see if it made a difference to my fitness levels and enjoyment. The answer is a resounding yes to both!!!

The personal training sessions are fun and entertaining, with the degree of difficulty at just the right level thereby making the exercises challenging but achievable. No two personal training routines are the same, making full use of the gym and studio equipment to provide an action packed hour that whizzes by!!

My primary objective was to improve my core and upper body strength along with general toning, and as a result, the personal training sessions, alongside my FitVibe workouts, also with a personal trainer, have dramatically changed my body shape and noticeably improved core balance and strength. I am acutely aware that as I get older, retaining muscle strength becomes a vital part of mobility.

However, despite the physical benefits, I wouldn’t have maintained the personal training program unless I was having fun, and although it is hard work, my personal trainer provided me with the banter to get me through.

I only wish I hadn’t waited until I was in my 50’s to start personal training sessions, the benefits are immense and as an investment in my health & general well-being, I consider personal training excellent value."
