About the Pilates Instructor


The Pilates classes are taught by Sue Upton who currently teaches one to one Pilates sessions and also group Mat work classes. Sue has a long and full background in many areas of health and fitness, including gym instructor, studio instructor, remedial therapist, aromatherapy and beauty therapy with Level 3 training in Pilates and as a Personal trainer.

About the class


It does not matter if you have not exercised or done Pilates before. You will complete a health questionnaire before your first session. There are many adaptations and progressions to suit most people. You work at your own level - it is not a competitive session. Mats and cushions are provided, just wear comfortable trousers and a T-shirt, socks or bare feet.
