"I smoked for more than 20 years and tried many times over the years to give up. My sessions with Sue were a breakthrough - she helped me to understand the reasons why I felt the need to smoke and then introduced techniques to change my behaviour.
Thanks to Sue's support and empathy I haven't smoked for 6 months, I only wish I had done it sooner! "

"When Sue explained to me what VCDT was and how it might help me, I was more than happy to give it a try. She explained that it may take more than one attempt, and so bearing that in mind, she worked with me three months ago.
Sue helped by using her technique to change my desire to eat chocolate, which was becoming an almost daily habit, especially while at work, where there is always some on offer. For the last three months I have not wanted to, nor have I eaten, any whatsoever and there has been no effort or desire to on my part - it simply did not come into my thoughts even when there was plenty of chocolate around, or when I bought some for other people. I thought I might have some desire to replace it with something else, but that has not happened.
Having spoken about NLP and VCDT amongst friends, many have said they would like to try it for their own fears, phobias and habits that they are concerned about dealing with, such as fear of flying and smoking.
It was a relaxing and positive experience and I would certainly recommend it. Sue was encouraging and supportive throughout. It was neither intrusive nor hypnotic and on this occasion did not take very long at all.
I will certainly be asking Sue to help me with other issues …."
