Weight Management and Nutrition Program
Heights Weight Management and Nutrition classes cover important components to weight loss such as behaviours, nutrition and exercise. Our philosophy is based on learning and practising healthy behaviours and getting rid of the "diet" mentality. The course includes:
During the first session we assess your body composition - the amount of fat vs lean muscle tissue. These are commonly expressed as a percentage of your total weight and will give a more accurate recording of the amount of weight loss required.
Educational seminars are held over the course of the program and cover various areas of weight management:

The aim of the program is to introduce healthy food at a calorie level that will enable you to manage your weight for a lifetime successfully. Most of us know what our bad habits are we just need help in practicing good habits! The instructor plus group support and suggestions will help motivate change.
